A bizarre lake that looks more like a spotted swamp. In fact, Spotted Lake (Kliluk Lake) contains a huge amount of minerals. Evaporating in summer, they form unique and whimsical islands that look like spots. Depending on the season, they change their color and can harden so much that you can walk on them.

The water of the Spotted Lake itself has a healing effect. Because of this, Canadian Indians consider the place sacred and do not allow anyone to enter it. They even built a huge fence here. But the unique waters can be admired from the highway.
