Rainbow Falls in Hawaii, waterfall from the top of a natural lava cave believed to be the mythical abode of Hina, an ancient Hawaiian goddess. The 24-meter-high waterfall gets its name from the rainbow that forms in the early morning splashes of falling water.

The most optimal time for viewing is after rain, when there is the greatest flow of water, and in the morning, when a rainbow forms. Unfortunately, swimming at the foot of the Rainbow Falls is no longer allowed (the area is fenced off).
