The Hooker Valley Track is one of the most famous trails in New Zealand (South Island). This trail is located in the Aoraki-Mount Cook National Park and runs through the Hooker Valley along the river of the same name. The path ends at the Hooker Glacier with impressive views of Mount Cook.

How to get there
The closest settlement is the small Mount Cook Village where you can also spend the night for the hike. Tekapo is 96 km away and Twizel is 56 km away.
