Tombstone Territorial Park is a 2,200 sq km provincial park in the Ogilvy Mountains of the CanadianYukon Territory and thus the second largest of the Territorial Parks in the Yukon. The park is a category II protected area (National Park) of the IUCN.

The park is located approximately 110 kilometers northeast of Dawson. The Dempster Highway from Dawson to Inuvik divides the park in two parts east and west of the road. The part to the west of the highway is about three times larger than the part to the east. Also on the highway is the Tombstone Interpretation Center, a visitor information center. The park is named after Mount Tombstone, 2196 m high, which is located in the western part of the reserve.
