Sitting in Lake Kissimmee State Park, Lake Kissimmee is famous for its incredible wildlife. White-tailed deer, bald eagles, ospreys, bobcats, and alligators are just a few of the animals that live within the park and around the 55-square-mile lake.
Lake Kissimmee is known for its phenomenal bird watching as well as having some of the best fishing in Florida. There are boat ramps around the lake for fishing and boating, and there are plenty of campsites around it as well.
