Campobello Island is a Canadian island located in the Bay of Fundy, near the entrance to Passamaquoddy and Cobscook bays, on the border with the United States.

Good to know
Campobello Island is easily accessible by car via a short causeway from Lübeck, Maine. Follow Washington Street (Highway 189, Maine) and after crossing the other side you will be on Highway 774.
The Island Visitor Center will be on your right and after 2 km you will arrive at Roosevelt Campobello International Park.

During the summer season, a ferry runs to Campobello from Eastport, Maine. The first ferry will take you to Deer Island and then there will be a transfer to another ferry to Campobello. If you are going to take this route, you will be dropped off at the dock in the village of Welshpool on the North Road near Roosevelt Campobello International Park.

The Roosevelt Cottage and Visitor Center are open from the last Sunday in May through the second week of October, while the park grounds, nature center, and trails are open year-round. Entrance to the park, including the cottage, is free.
