Railay resort includes insanely beautiful beaches - some of the best not only in Thailand, but throughout the world. The Railay Peninsula is located on the coast of the Andaman Sea near Ao Nang in the province of Krabi. You can get to the beaches of Railay only by water - the peninsula is cut off from the mainland by limestone cliffs.

Railay Beaches
There are three beaches on Railay Beach. The water in Railay is emerald green, warm and clear. Children will definitely like it here - you can safely let the kids go swimming (under supervision, of course). The coasts of the peninsula are famous for their clean sand, rocks and caves. You will not want to get out of the water at all - you can swim endlessly and enjoy the breathtaking views around.

Railay beach are subject to strong ebbs and flows, sometimes the coast is difficult to recognize - the water leaves for 100 meters, exposing the bottom, stones and even the roots of mangroves. On each beach there are places where longtails (long tail boats) accumulate - for your safety, choose a place for swimming away from the parking lot.
Ton Sai Beach is separated from the other beaches of the peninsula by rocks. The coast of the beach is practically not built up - only in the south and north you can find resorts and restaurants, in the center there is nothing but tall palm trees. Tonsai is a climber's paradise, where you can climb high cliffs or hike through the mountains to other parts of the peninsula.

Railay West Beach receives boats from Ao Nang, on which tourists come to the wide white sandy beaches. In addition to the beach, there is a resort street Walking Street with restaurants, bars and shops. The beach is quite noisy and crowded, especially during the day, when tourists come here to sunbathe and swim on the peninsula for several hours.

Railay East Beach is almost unsuitable for swimming - its shores are overgrown with mangrove trees. Along the coast there is a path for walking, there are many restaurants, shops and tour agencies. On the coast you can find a pier floating on the water. Boats moor here, and getting to neighboring beaches is not difficult.
