The Tourist Office of the Czech Republic presents South Moravian Region. Internationally recognized for its exquisite wines, it is the perfect destination for lovers of gastronomy, history, those looking for something different or the unmistakable UNESCO seal.

The Tourist Office of the Czech Republic has presented this morning the attractive South Moravian Region. The event was attended by Ivan Jančárek, Ambassador of the Czech Republic, and Lukáš Dubec, First Vice President of the South Moravian Region.
Throughout the presentation, the different charms of South Moravian Region have been revealed, and mainly the different proposals offered by the famous city of Brno, capital of the region. In addition, a tour of South Moravian Region has been made through wine and wine tourism, its natural landscapes, its historical monuments, culture, art and gastronomy.

At the end, two typical cocktails from the area have been prepared for the attendees. On the one hand, Moravian Apple, with apple fizz and cardamom, fresher and whose main ingredient is the famous Moravian must, and as a second option, the one known as Moravian Bunch, and whose star ingredient is the wine from the leading winery. from Moravia, Jan Stávek in Němčičky.
These two exquisite cocktails have been created on the spot by two prestigious bartenders: Martin Hoffmann and Matěj Coufal. The renowned Hoffman currently works in Brno and has helped found many of the city's renowned bars such as Super Panda Circus and Bar, který neexistue, among others. Part of his professional career has been developed abroad, mainly in Dubai where he worked as a head bartender.

For his part, Matěj Coufal, like Hoffmann, has developed a large part of his professional career in renowned bars in Brno such as Super Panda Circus, Bar,který neexistuje, and Botanic Bistro Bar, where he continues to work today.
