Svaneke is a Danish port city on the island of
Bornholm. The city has a
lighthouse, which is almost a hundred years old. The city council decided to build a lighthouse when a Polish schooner crashed off the coast of Svaneke. The quadrangular sandstone tower is fifteen meters high and topped by a small red roof.

Next to the lighthouse is the city pool. Since 2010, the building has been privately owned and converted into a small hotel with rooms with beautiful views of the rocky coast.
