Miami has a great number of things to do and it is advisable to spend at least a whole week to see everything that it offers to the visitor.

On the other hand, we have the Everglades National Park, which is one of the most unusual public parks in the country. It is located on the southern tip of Florida and has several protected and endangered species.
A large part of the park is in a wild state, where only adventurers and researchers travel to these areas. However, visitors have plenty of options for hiking, camping, and canoeing in designated parts of the park. It is a good way to be in harmony with nature.
Although it is called Miami beach, the truth is that there are many beaches that you can enjoy. They offer a good opportunity to exercise or simply enjoy the warm sun. There are some more conglomerates and others with less influx of people. So we have several options depending on what we are looking for.
One of the beaches available is Bill Baggs, which has a famous Cape Florida lighthouse. It is also a national park and the beach is perfect for sunbathing, swimming and taking a walk to get to know the whole area.
You can spend the morning on the beach and then take a guided tour of the lighthouse. There is also a great restaurant where they specialize in grilled food.

Virginia beach is another of the beaches we have in Miami. It is very close to the aquarium, so you can make a visit taking advantage of the fact that we are in the area. Access is good, although in some parts of the beach there can be a large influx of people, which is not for everyone. However, there are also more isolated areas if we don't like crowds.
Homestead Park is another option, where it has a great beach for swimming and sailing with rented boats. As said, there are a large number of museums that can be visited. One of the best known is the science museum, which is ideal to go with the whole family.
There are very interesting things and it is updated regularly. It has a planetarium that puts on daily shows with projections, surround sound and effects that are really impressive. Aside from the planetarium, there is also a viewing area with two powerful telescopes.
