Midland Beach has the highest average number of visits of all the beaches in New York, and is considered the least dirty along its coastline. He has good marks in many of the services that are available, although he still has many things to do. For example, it is considered to have many drinking fountains, although many of the structures surrounding the entire beach still need to be repaired.

These scores are provided by quality control organizations for beaches around the world. As we approach the beach, we realize why it is so valued, despite the arrangements that have to be made.
With over 300,000 visitors a year, Midland Beach offers a large amount of land dedicated to all the typical beach activities, with very clean, fine sand and great waters for bathing and swimming.
The accesses to the beach are designed for everyone, even for people in wheelchairs. There are areas where disabled people can arrive without any problem so that they can also enjoy a day at the beach.

A clearly defined route offers us a walk to walk and a path for bicycles to go. Along the promenade, we can find a large number of benches to sit on and fountains to cool off, as well as a prominent sculpture of a sea turtle, where the little ones can have fun with the water jets that come out of it.
There are nearby parks that include playgrounds, baseball fields, shaded areas, among other facilities. All these facilities tend to have more people on the weekend, although during the weekdays, we can also see many visitors.
