A 1,183,000-square-foot (109,900 m2) single-story shopping center called Sugarloaf Mills, originally known as Discover Mills, is situated in the exurban Atlanta neighborhood of Gwinnett County, Georgia, close to the intersection of Interstate 85 and Highway 316. The mall, which opened in 2001, has 13 anchor stores, more than 150 specialty shops, as well as a range of theme restaurants, casual eating establishments, and entertainment venues.

The mall debuted in November 2001 as an outlet mall, but after the installation of AMC Sugarloaf Mills 18 on December 17, 2003, and Medieval Times on July 21, 2006, it started to change into an entertainment mall.
