At the crossroads of Routes 24 and 81 in Fall River, Massachusetts, the New Harbour Mall was an enclosed shopping center. The shopping center, which was established in 1971, was renowned for having rival department store giants Kmart and Walmart as its anchor stores until 2013.

The mall closed its doors on January 2, 2016, so that CEA Group could renovate it for $50 million. SouthCoast Marketplace is the name of the new complex.
