A shopping center called Tel-Twelve Mall is situated in Southfield, Michigan, a neighborhood of Detroit, Michigan, in the United States. In 1968, it was developed as an enclosed mall; in 2001, it was torn down and rebuilt as a power center with big box businesses. Best Buy, DSW, Lowe's, Meijer, Michaels, Office Depot, and Petco are some of its anchor stores. The same business that built the complex, Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust, also owns and operates it.

In Southfield, Michigan, Tel-Twelve Mall first opened its doors in 1968 along Telegraph Road, just north of Interstate 696. Kmart and Montgomery Ward served as the mall's two original anchor stores, with a Chatham grocery serving as a junior anchor in between. Charles N. Agree served as the project's architect while working on it for A&W Properties (now Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust). Originally, it had Astroturf floors and a fountain.
