The Shops at Montebello, originally known as "Montebello Town Center," is a shopping center with over 120 local and national retailers, including Aeropostale, Disney Store, Hollister, Victoria's Secret, and BJ's Restaurant & Brewery, mostly inside the city borders of Montebello, California. Indeed, just a small piece of its eastern side is located inside Rosemead's boundaries. Major department stores, children's stores, smaller shops including beauty and bath stores, health stores and salons, and a small food court are all present there.

The eastern end of the mall is where the border between Rosemead and Montebello begins. The Montebello City provides law enforcement services. The Macerich Corporation oversaw its management before selling it to Simon Property Group in 2011. 758,504 square feet of rentable shop space may be found in the mall. Simon no longer owns the mall as of 2019. On January 24, 2019, Pacific Retail declared that it was the mall's owner on the business' Instagram profile.
