The Greenspoint Mall is a retail center that can be found in Houston, Texas, in the Greenspoint area, on the northeast corner of Beltway 8 (sometimes called the Sam Houston Parkway/Tollway) and Interstate 45. The sole remaining anchor is Fitness Connection, which is housed in the western portion of the old Lord & Taylor shop. The area where Macy's, Foley's, Palais Royal, Dillard's, Sears, Premiere Cinemas, Lord & Taylor, Mervyn's, and Montgomery Ward formerly resided has six empty anchor pads.

Based on the net rentable area, the mall was one of the top five largest retail complexes in the Houston region in 2000.
Sears and Houston-based Foley's, the latter of which was at the time owned by Federated Department Stores, the company that constructed the mall, served as its anchors when Greenspoint Mall opened in July 1976. The mall subsequently grew to include Joske's, JCPenney, Montgomery Ward, and Lord & Taylor by the late 1970s. Before the Galleria's later additions in the 1980s and 2000s, Greenspoint, which had a "Central Park" motif with a sculpture court, was formerly the biggest mall in Greater Houston. In 1988, Prudential Property Co. set aside $7 million for renovations.
