East of the 101 Freeway in Oxnard, California, is where you'll find the outdoor lifestyle facility known as The Collection at RiverPark. Target, Whole Foods Market, REI, The Container Store, and a 16-screen Cinemark theater are the mall's main tenants, and the retail center had its grand opening on November 15, 2012. The Collection's opening was initially scheduled for 2008, but the Great Recession caused it to be postponed.
