In North Miami Beach, Florida, there is an enclosed mall and power center called The Mall at 163rd Street. From the time it first opened as an outdoor retail center in 1956, it was changed into an enclosed mall before being refurbished as a hybrid of the two types. The Home Depot, Marshalls, Ross, and Wal-Mart Supercenter are the mall's anchor stores.
