In Novi, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit, there is a shopping center called Twelve Oaks Mall. It has about 180 businesses. The mall now houses the stalwart tenants Nordstrom, Macy's, and JCPenney as of 2022. Currently, Club Monaco, Kate Spade, and Fabletics are available in the mall.

The mall is situated near the northeastern intersection of Novi Road and Interstate 96. The mall is owned and operated by Taubman Centers. In terms of gross leasable space and total retailers, it is one of Taubman's largest malls and among the biggest in Michigan. In 2007, the mall finished a significant renovation and expansion.
