Kentwood, Michigan, a suburb of Grand Rapids, is home to the enclosed super-regional retail center known as Woodland Mall. It has nearly 100 retailers spread across 1,158,942 square feet (107,669.2 m2) of retail space. Three anchor stores—Macy's, JCPenney, and Von Maur—as well as Barnes & Noble, Forever 21, H&M, Pottery Barn, and The North Face serve as junior anchors.

Other tenants include Barnes & Noble, which is the mall's largest non-anchor shop. Previously, it was home to a theater that began as Cinemark, was acquired by Celebration Cinema, and then shuttered in 2020. In 2022, Phoenix Theatres reopened the movie theater. Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust purchased the shopping center from its builder, Taubman Centers, in 2006, and now owns and operates it.
