In Boise, Idaho, there is a shopping center called Boise Towne Square. After more than 20 years of preparation, the state's largest shopping center, which has 150 businesses and includes anchor stores including Macy's (previously The Bon Marché), JCPenney, Kohl's, and Dillard's (added in 1998), finally opened its doors in 1988. The mall also has Idaho's first Apple Store. The Chicago-based Brookfield Properties owns Boise Towne Square, which is close to the intersection of Interstates 84 and 184.
