In Council Bluffs, Iowa, the Mall of the Bluffs was a shopping center. When the mall was opened in 1986, its anchor retailers were J. C. Penney, Dillard's, Sears, and Target. The number of tenants drastically decreased over the 2010s as Target and JCPenney relocated to neighboring areas of Council Bluffs. On December 30, 2019, the mall closed.

In 1986, Mall of the Bluffs was opened. It was the second mall in the Council Bluffs region to be built by General Growth Properties following Midlands Mall, which was situated downtown and was renovated after Mall of the Bluffs opened. In its existence, it underwent two expansions: one for Dillard's in 1988 and another for Sears ten years later.
