The Parkway Place shopping center in Huntsville, Alabama, debuted on October 16, 2002. The former Parkway City Mall, which was demolished to make room for the development of the more modern complex, is where Parkway Place is situated. The mall is situated where Drake Avenue and Memorial Parkway (U.S. 231) meet. Parkway Place is anchored by Dillard's and Belk and has 70 in-line retailers with a total area of 643,135 square feet (59,749.2 m2). After Madison Square Mall closed in early 2017, the mall is currently the sole indoor retail center in Huntsville.
