JCPenney operated the Belk shop until 1987 when it moved to a new location and sold the old structure to Parisian. The mall featured two anchors, one of which Dillard's purchased from Castner Knott in 1998 and the other of which was formerly owned by Rogers. These two were both closed in 2011. In November 2012, a Carmike Cinemas movie theater partially replaced the previous Rogers shop. In late 2014, Electronic Express partially replaced the former Castner Knott, and in 2015, Bed Bath & Beyond largely replaced the former Castner Knott.
