In the Königssee Lake in Bavaria, Germany, there is just one island, which is called Christlieger. The coordinates are 47°35′08′′N 12°35′17′′E, which puts it close to the lake's northernmost point. Because of the marble monument of John of Nepomuk that was placed there in 1711, the island is also known as Johannesinsel (John's Island or St. John's).
