Richland Township, outside of St. Clairsville, Ohio, is home to the one-story enclosed retail center known as Ohio Valley Mall. The Youngstown, Ohio-based Cafaro Company, which still owns and operates it, created it and it was opened in 1978. Boscov's, Dunham's Sports, Marshalls, and Michaels are the mall's four open anchor retailers at the moment.
