It is Chattanooga, Tennessee-based CBL & Associates Properties' second-largest mall in Wyoming, with 67 retailers, including five anchors: Dillard's, JCPenney, JAX Outdoor Gear, Planet Fitness, and Joann. In 2007 CBL rebuilt the mall and added three new eateries to its outside. Every anchor is at the same level.
